Meet Olga

  • I was born and grew up in the Ukraine and moved to America when I was 20. Learning a new language, adapting to a new culture, and exploring different educational and career fields have all given me extensive knowledge and life experiences. My hunger for information about health and a desire to have a career filled with purpose, passion, and opportunities to be of service to others have led me to build a career as a Health Coach.

  • My healing journey first began when I decided to have my first child. The desire to provide the best and healthiest life for my daughter inspired me to study health, experiment with different approaches to diet, explore the benefits of detoxification, and take an active approach to my personal and spiritual development. When I became pregnant with my second child, my desire to explore these topics grew exponentially, so I decided to enroll at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I realized that Health Coaching was the exact path that I had been searching for.

  • As I focused on creating the very best life for my family, I inadvertently forgot about the importance of my own self-care. I became exhausted, sleep-deprived, dehydrated, malnourished, and suffered from adrenal fatigue. I had been pushing myself so hard to learn everything and serve those around me that I had neglected my own body, and I realized that I needed to offer the same love and care that I was showing to everyone else to myself. Slowly, step by step, I healed my body and learned to love myself and my life. Training in a variety of forms of meditation and emotional clearing played a big role in my personal transformation and eventually I became healthier and happier than I had ever been before.

  • I live my life using the same principles that I share with my clients, and am passionate about sharing new and exciting approaches to happiness and health as I continue to grow and learn. Although nutrition is a key player in overall wellness, it is not the only answer. Attaining balance requires creating health across all areas of life and I am so grateful to be able to support others in doing just that.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Los Angeles. I went on to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I attained a Health Coaching certification, learned over 100 different dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. I have also completed the Integrative NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing) Master Practitioner Certification training where I learned the tools and techniques to become free of the emotional and behavioral patterns that prevent us from achieving goals and getting results. I also became a certified Master Practitioner of Mental and Emotional Release (MER). In addition, I have had the great joy of learning and experiencing ancient Hawaiian teachings at Huna and received a Level Four (4A) Student Certificate of the Ancient Hawaiian Art and Science of Healing and Spiritual Development.
